What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring long-term viability and innovation.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex research into production-ready code.
- Optimize system performance to handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and Neural Networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models to production environments at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
