Responsibilities
- Design Future-Ready Interfaces: Create and iterate on high-fidelity spatial UI/UX designs specifically tailored for the Year 2026 simulation environment, ensuring seamless immersion.
- Neural Interface Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes that account for direct neural input, focusing on low-latency and high-fidelity feedback loops.
- System Integration: Work closely with backend engineers to ensure visual fidelity matches the simulation's physics engine and temporal logic.
- User Empathy: Conduct extensive user testing within the simulation to refine the intuitive flow of complex data visualization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in Spatial Computing, AR/VR, or 3D environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WebGL / Three.js is required.
- Simulation Knowledge: Experience designing for virtual environments or simulation platforms (e.g., military, medical, or industrial sims) is highly preferred.
- Visual Language: Deep understanding of depth perception, motion design, and generative aesthetics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling visual narratives.
