- Define Vision: Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape, including autonomous agents and neural interfaces.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and security.
- Innovation Strategy: Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies such as quantum computing primitives and advanced machine learning models into our core architecture.
- System Reliability: Design fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and ensuring 99.99% uptime for critical infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or high-tech sector.
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, or Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
