Responsibilities

- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Advanced Algorithm Development: Spearhead research into neural network architectures and optimization techniques to enhance model accuracy and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
