Job Description
Join the Vanguard of Tomorrow
Chronos Systems is pioneering the technological landscape of 2026. We are not just building software; we are architecting the future of human-machine interaction, autonomous systems, and sustainable energy grids. We are seeking a visionary Senior Future Tech Architect to lead our R&D division and define the standards of our next-generation platform.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible and have a knack for solving complex, high-stakes problems, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
As a Future Tech Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready systems. You will work on cutting-edge projects that will define the era of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Initiative: Architect scalable neural architectures and autonomous agent systems designed for the specific demands of the coming decade.
- Quantum-Ready Development: Design software infrastructure that is compatible with future quantum computing paradigms, ensuring our legacy systems remain relevant.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize large-scale distributed systems to handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero latency.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with neuroscientists and UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for AI-driven decision-making tools.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning models (Transformers, GANs) into production environments.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI, Web3 integration) before they become industry standards.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on creating robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of operating in unpredictable environments.
