Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives in emerging tech stacks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of AI, automation, and next-gen infrastructure into core products.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations or major product launches.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
