Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define key technological milestones, innovations, and infrastructure upgrades for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Predictive Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging global technology trends (AI, Quantum, Web3, Spatial Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Direct the internal Innovation Lab, spearheading proof-of-concept projects that test the viability of cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technology strategies with broader business goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor technology stacks and future market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism, with a proven track record of leading long-term technology roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
