- Manage Foresight Lab initiatives with R&D and product teams
- Author technology trend briefs and competitive disruption analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in emerging technology adoption planning
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of past innovation strategy implementations
