Responsibilities

- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients through executive workshops and whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
- Secure patents and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year trend predictions
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
