- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present findings at global innovation forums and stakeholder summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
