Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Design and prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
