Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and present strategic scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight frameworks across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization expertise
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools and blockchain impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
