Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Initiative, developing multi-year roadmaps for technological adoption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Oversee a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate foresight findings into commercial offerings
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of foresight initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on emerging technologies
- Experience managing teams of 5+ researchers or strategists
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
