- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on future market disruptions
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and external partners
- Design innovation workshops to align cross-functional teams on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or MBA
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published work in foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
