Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on long-term business viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging markets
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
