Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
