Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI

- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFR)
