Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026's landscape
- Develop actionable innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risk mitigation
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies for 2026 adoption
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future business environments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) highly desirable
