Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to co-create future-ready business models
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Foresight Platform, SenseMaker)
