Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members, driving data-backed decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and startups to accelerate innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate risks and capitalize on future market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or innovation strategy (articles, books, whitepapers)
