- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Design and facilitate executive workshops translating complex futures into actionable roadmaps
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate foresight outputs into product development lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and lead cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in futurist, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impact
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
