Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning methodologies for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and internal workshops
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
