Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists and guide research methodologies for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in trend analysis across technology, demographic shifts, and economic indicators
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
