Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author quarterly trend reports on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, carbon capture)
- Partner with governments on future-proofing urban infrastructure
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend accuracy (min 85% validation)
