Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise-level decision-making
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
