- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and patent development
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio, prioritizing ventures with exponential ROI potential
- Mentor futurist talent and build a future-proof organizational culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/autonomous systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Strong network with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) and venture capital ecosystem
