Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for technological disruption
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Present quarterly foresight reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a network of external futurists and technology thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture shift toward future-readiness and adaptive innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing forward-looking technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing buy-in
