- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership on paradigm shifts and human-machine evolution
- Curate global trend intelligence from academic, startup, and enterprise ecosystems
- Drive scenario planning for existential risks and transformational opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist/tech publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
