- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for product and market strategy
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of trend forecasting accuracy
