Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across technology, market, and societal domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and influence skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools and foresight methodologies
- Published work in futurism or strategic innovation preferred
