As our 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global innovation hubs to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across biotech, AI ethics, sustainable infrastructure, and quantum computing. You'll spearhead horizon scanning initiatives, develop predictive models, and create compelling narratives that align stakeholders with our long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state priorities
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Oversee the creation of predictive analytics models for trend impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation initiatives
