Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate vision framework through scenario planning and trend analysis

- Conduct primary research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future industry disruptions
- Manage the annual Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic visions
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent preferred
