Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI symbiosis and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Author white papers on ethical implications of neuro-interfaces and decentralized governance
- Curate annual 'Horizon Summit' featuring 100+ futurists and industry disruptors
- Advise C-suite on climate-positive tech investments and carbon-negative innovations
- Oversee development of predictive models for societal behavior shifts in post-scarcity economies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 15+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or sociotechnical evolution
- Proven track record advising governments on long-term policy frameworks for AI governance
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Expertise in ethical AI design and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R) and data visualization tools
