Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead ideation workshops for disruptive product concepts aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-tech concepts
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical narratives
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
