Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for future business landscapes and contingencies
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
