Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 strategic foresight projects using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Develop predictive frameworks for AI governance, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Design bespoke innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Present findings to executive audiences through compelling data visualizations and executive workshops
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts across academia, startups, and policy
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work and digital ethics
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like system dynamics modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
