Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Economics, or Strategic Futures (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation or equivalent
