Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on autonomous decision frameworks and predictive neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum-ML hybrid systems for real-world deployment
- Establish ethical governance protocols for neural interface technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation sprints with neuroscientists and cognitive psychologists
- Develop patent-pending solutions for human-AI symbiosis challenges
- Represent FutureForge at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural interface systems
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems affecting 1M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000 series)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience leading teams through technology paradigm shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovations (neurosynaptic projects, etc.)
