Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to identify 2026 market disruption opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and operational strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of subject matter experts and innovation thought leaders
- Advolve AI-powered forecasting tools to validate hypotheses and accelerate trend analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gartner Magic Quadrants)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (LinkedIn, Forbes, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-border teams in matrix organizations
