- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating in 2026 societal contexts
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for future-focused R&D initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government technology councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in futurism or strategic technology planning
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi methodology)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to global implementation
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
