Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for 2026 Project's core infrastructure, focusing on quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Architect adaptive AI systems capable of real-time environmental learning
- Collaborate with neuro-engineering teams to develop brain-computer interfaces
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Optimize distributed computing networks for terascale data processing
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology standards
- Present breakthrough findings at industry symposiums and white papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ in futuristic technology implementation
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and machine learning architectures
- Published research in IEEE journals on autonomous systems or AI ethics
- Proficiency in low-latency networking protocols and distributed systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (QCE Level 3+)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-continental technical teams
