Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasts through quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging disruptive forces across industries
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Create strategic scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Deliver keynote presentations at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
