Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen products in quantum AI and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Horizon 2030
- Present disruption roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the FutureVision Innovation Symposium
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for frontier tech exploration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Published research in exponential technologies or peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR or equivalent impact
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on innovation strategy
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
