- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly trend reports and thought leadership content for C-suite audiences
- Drive pilot projects for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI alignment)
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive-level audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and futures modeling software
