Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging market paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
- Advise on R&D investments in quantum, bio-integrated systems, and AI governance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
