Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and product teams
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future scenarios
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic innovation
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
