Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future outlooks to investors, clients, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight methodology toolkit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
