Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies shaping 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year growth trajectories
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Deliver executive briefings on future market scenarios and risk assessments
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, Web3, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
