- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in futurism, strategic planning, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on AI governance or climate tech disruption
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term innovation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of 2020+ trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
