Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight ecosystem scanning horizon technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive market forces through 2026+
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development, R&D, and corporate strategy to ensure long-term relevance
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to accelerate insight generation
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings, white papers, and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with demonstrable impact on organizational transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep technical fluency in emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience translating complex futures into executive-ready narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks implemented at enterprise scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
